Directions for spam folders.
Dear Parents,
We are writing to inform you that we have recently sent out some important emails regarding your child's progress, upcoming events, and other school-related matters. However, we have noticed that some of these emails may not have reached your inbox and may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder instead.
This can happen for various reasons, such as the use of certain words or phrases, the email address or domain name, or the content of the email. Sometimes, email servers may mistakenly flag legitimate emails as spam or junk and prevent them from reaching your inbox.
To ensure that you receive all our future emails and don't miss out on any important information, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder regularly and look for any emails from us. If you find any, mark them as "not spam" or "not junk" and move them to your inbox. This will help your email server learn that our emails are safe and relevant to you.
